Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Course Cancellation by JoTalks

• If a course is canceled by JoTalks, students will receive a full refund of fees paid, or may transfer to another course of equal value.

2. Cancellation by Student

• Before Course Start: Students may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund (minus any administrative fees).

• After Course Start: If a student withdraws within the first week, they are eligible for a 50% refund.

• After the First Week: No refunds will be issued, but students may request to defer their enrollment to a future session (subject to approval).

3. Missed Classes

• No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. Students may request recordings (if available) or attend a make-up session if offered.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.
